In our 2013 program to raise aspirations of science as a career we will be visiting Regional Big Bang events. The first the year was February at the New College Stamford.

We are fortunate to have delivered at Burntwood consecutively, we have now taught over a thousand young learners here and are looking forward to revisiting this year

The crime scene element of the event, students are in small investigation groups all examining their own crime scene

Our seminar style event allows us to teach our hands on forensic sessions to over a hundred students in one working area, proving a cost effective alternative to our CSI Science workshop

another seminar style event. This image has 60 students taking part in a fingerprint session

Dusting for fingerprints on commonly found items, students learn to understand how an every day object is handled is as important as retrieving the print itself

Ultra violet lighting is an important feature in crime scene investigation. We explore this element in much detail during the event

One of our favourate pictures shows Event Coordinator Vince and some of the students

Our stock levels are second to none, with personal kit for up to 250 attendees in one event. This image shows young learners using magnetic wands to retrieve prints.

we have been presenting at the Big Bang science festivals for three years, our stand has always proved to be quite popular!!
